Very accomodating and fast work. Parking can be a problem but booking in advance is recommended
Great local garage. Helpful and don't charge over the odds
Desperate to find a reliable, trustworthy local dealer I had a full service at the garage in October. Organising the service was efficient, easy and polite. Unfortunately on picking the car up the air filter cover was half off with a screw missing. Rather shocked I returned the car to be told the screw was missing when I took it in. However they did not see fit to replace the cover correctly or find a screw and charge me. Leaving dirty air to enter the engine. The service light was also not reset. Very very disappointing indeed and still on the hunt for a trustworthy garage who care about the work they do.
Crookham Service Garage is positioned just behind the Co-operative store. Local service garage service all makes of cars, MOT station, tyres etc. We use them for our regular services and MOT. Recently fixed our car that wouldn't start as it had 'forgotten' its identity - replaced battery that was the cause of the problem and reset the car. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Just popped to see these guys on my lunch break as I work just up the road and I had a dust cap stuck on my tyre. They took a look at my car as soon as I got there (I wasn't booked in), removed the problem dust cap, checked my tyre pressure and put a replacement cap on! Further to this they didn't even want any money for doing it but I had to give them something for being so accommodating and helpful. My MOT is due next month and I will certainly be using them. Thanks again guys
