This company takes your money and doesn't deliver and do not respond to phone calls or emails - DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!The website is lovely and it's a nice idea, but do not be lured in as you WILL be disappointed. I wish I had seen all the other reviews here before I ordered a gift for a friend. I used PayPal and have opened a case against them and am in the process of reporting them to trading standards. Shame on this company.
Do not deal with these people - took our money and didn't deliver an important gift to someone who wasn't well. Twitter account closed and do not answer the phone. Have submitted PayPal claim. They put the 'crook' into their address at Church Crookham. I'd give them no stars if I could. AVOID!!!
Don't order from here. Not sure they really exist, they took the money and never delivered my items. Cannot get through to them on phone or email. Having to go through process with bank to get money back. Can't understand how they are still allowed to be online.
I wish it was possible to give this company 0 stars.Absolutely atrocious.Vicky Cousins, the owner, is a scam artist.I placed an order 4 weeks ago. It never arrived, yet she took the money from my account. I tried contacting her numerous times.When she EVENTUALLY replied she said the "owner" - which I know to be herself - was "ill" and that was why the item hadn't arrived. The "owner" was well enough to take my money though, funny that.She assured me I would be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago. I still have no refund and no order.Be rest assured, fellow victims, that I have contact Trading Standards, the Police and I'm also waiting for a call back from a newspaper reporter so that I can make sure the world knows what a pathetic excuse for a company this is.The fact that the website is still up and running and accepting payments is illegal. I hope you are aware of that Vicky.Trading Standards and the Police have informed me that myself and any others victims have a very strong case against you.I suggest you start handing out those refunds before you end up behind bars for fraud.I have been contacting you solidly for the past 4 weeks now. Please do not be naive enough to think that I'll eventually give up. I won't.I'm now doing this for every other poor unsuspecting victim whose life you have made a misery by gaining their trust and then stealing their money.I will not stop contacting you and getting every higher authority involved until I have my money back.
Absolutely STAY AWAY from this shower of SHITE!!!! They delivered 2 of the 3 gifts that I paid for. The recipient never knew who had sent them as there was no "from" information included in the package. I have tried endless times to call but no reply, just a message "please call later". I ent an email but guess what? Yes, NO REPLY DO NOT, NOT, NOT, GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.There are plenty of decent, reliable, gift companies out there...use them.in the meantime, I shall be contacting Trading StandardsOnly giving it one star as you cannot give it none!!!
